Registered Dental Hygienist
Born and raised in Alberta, Jodi has called Red Deer home for over 10 years. She first started her career as a dental assistant, later going on to pursue dental hygiene and joined our team in the spring of 2021. She is passionate about providing a patient centered, gentle and effective approach to dentistry. When Jodi isn't working, you will find her spending time outdoors with her 2 dogs. She loves spending time paddle boarding, hiking, camping, and escaping to the mountains.
Registered Dental Hygienist
Lindsay has over 20 years of dental experience, the majority of those as a registered dental hygienist. Lindsay joined our team in 2022 and loves building connections with her patients through relaxed conversation while providing gentle and thorough care. Her passion is supporting people with dental anxiety, especially children. Outside the office, Lindsay spends her time taking her 3 boys to their sports practices and events, with her husband Nick and their German Shepherd Dog, or out in nature.

Yvonne brings with her many years of experience serving her patients in Red Deer. Yvonne joined our team in 2016, and loves getting to care and connect with our patients, and works wonders with some of our more nervous patients. Yvonne loves working with Dr. Neil and her colleagues in a respectful, teamwork centered environment. When not at the office, Yvonne can be found spending time with her husband, two sons and daughters-in-law, and three incredible grandchildren. Yvonne also volunteers with Whisker Rescue and other charitable organizations, always prepared to help out, create new friendships, and work together to make a difference in the lives of others.
Registered Dental Assistant
Cheryl has lived in Red Deer since she was 11 years old. She has worked with Dr. Neil since he opened his practice in 1995 and is a valuable member of our team. Cheryl loves getting to reconnect with our wonderful patients and working with a great team everyday. When not at the office, Cheryl spends her time running, biking, walking, baking and gardening, or spending time with her four amazing grown kids and their spouses, her ten grandchildren, and her husband.
Dental Assistant in Training
Miranda was born and raised in Red Deer and has been a part of our team since 2007. Miranda loves the view from her op, lunch break, and working in a great collaborative work environment with awesome coworkers and her favourite dentist. Miranda has just begun her journey toward becoming a Registered Dental Assistant and is enjoying learning about all things teeth related! She is always excited to see patients and their families achieve their best smile. Miranda enjoys taking long walks with her 2 daughters, her husband of 11 years, Wade, and their Shorkie dog, Abby. Miranda loves to collect rocks and indoor plants, loves Halloween, and biking to work!
Clinical Assistant
Tasha has been with our team since 2019. She began her experience as a dental receptionist and has since moved into a clinical assistant role, providing invaluable help to our assistants and hygienists. Tasha loves seeing our patients' smiling faces, and you'll find her cheerful face greeting you during your visit! When not at the office, Tasha spends her time with her partner, Dustin, and their two boys. She loves being a mom, spending time with her family, getting out for walks, and road trips!
Dental Administrator
Makayla joined our team in May of 2024, originally covering for a maternity leave position, and now as a permanent member of our team! She loves being the cheerful face that greets you at the checkout counter. Helping our patients feel comfortable and welcome in our office is her forte. Chatting with our patients and getting to know them better is a highlight of her day, and she takes pride in building those personal connections that make every visit a little brighter. Makayla also loves free lunch days, our amazing team, and wonderful boss! When not at the office, you can find Makayla with her spouse and their Border Collie mix and lovely kitties. She loves animals, reading, true crime and being outside in the sunshine. You'll find her in the mountains, at the beach, or at the farmers market with her spouse at the MountainCrest Creations booth!
Dental Administrator
Bonny joined the team in November 2023 to cover a maternity leave position, and has since become a permanent member of the team. She loves working with such a lovely group of ladies, and Dr. Neil of course! Bonny enjoys being able to bring a smile to our patient's faces as the first person they see during the check in process, and loves getting to troubleshoot any issues that may arise within the office. She lives with her two dogs, Willow and Panda, and two adorable kitties, Lily and Lu. She loves horses, playing guitar, reading, wildlife photography and writing. When she's not at the office, you can find Bonny outside enjoying the weather with her dogs, in the mountains hiking, or photographing people (like our staff!) with her photography business, Broken Birch Photography.
